You know how your inner critic operates: negative self-talk, self-doubt, hesitation, holding back...

You overthink decisions that should be simple.

You are so hard on yourself... sometimes it surprises you, too.
You can describe the experience.
But you can’t clearly explain it.
So you keep trying different things: journaling, affirmations, positivity, YouTube videos...
But nothing really shifts.
Because you’re reacting to the symptoms, not seeing the pattern underneath.
You catch the thought. You know it’s your inner critic.
But instead of moving forward anyway…
