INNER CRITIC, NEGATIVE SELF-TALK, SELF CRITICISM

You Don’t Just Have a Harsh Internal Voice...

You Listen to It.

You know how your inner critic operates: negative self-talk, self-doubt, hesitation, holding back...

NOT AS A CONCEPT.

AS A PATTERN YOU RECOGNIZE IN YOUR OWN LIFE.

And here’s what most people do at this point:

They understand it…
They reflect on it…
And then they go back to responding the same way.

WHY?
Because Insight Doesn’t Interrupt the Pattern.

SO THE QUESTION ISN'T: “DO YOU UNDERSTAND YOURSELF?” IT’S:

Are You Still Trying to Understand It…Or Are You Ready to Stop Following It?

Right now, you’re in one of two places:

WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME?

You overthink decisions that should be simple.
You hesitate when something actually matters.
You don’t follow through the way you know you could.

You are so hard on yourself... sometimes it surprises you, too.

You can describe the experience.

But you can’t clearly explain it.

So you keep trying different things: journaling, affirmations, positivity, YouTube videos...

But nothing really shifts.

Because you’re reacting to the symptoms, not seeing the pattern underneath.

or

I'M SO HARD ON MYSELF!

You catch the thought. You know it’s your inner critic.

But instead of moving forward anyway…

You start adjusting, fixing, reworking...

And the thing still doesn’t get done.

You’ve journaled about this.

You’ve reflected on it.

You can explain your patterns better than most people.

But when it actually happens…you still pause.

You still wait.

You still don’t follow through.

You don’t feel confused anymore.

You feel stuck with something you understand.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO APPROACH THIS

If you’re unsure which to choose...
Not because it’s easier, but because guessing your starting point is how you stay stuck.

YOU ALREADY HEAR THE VOICE. THE QUESTION IS:

Do you keep listening to it…or do you want to start responding differently?

I'M RAMONA MAGYIH.

I’m a psychologist and coach with 17 years of experience.

But more importantly, I’ve seen the same pattern repeat:

People understand themselves… and still react the same way.

I have two paths for you to start:

for trying to understand why you have that negative, self-critical internal voice.

that changes how you respond to your inner critic in real time.

The quiz is not an alternative to the experience.
It’s a delayed entry point.
