Hey, I'm Ramona Magyih.

This quiz and interpretation framework were developed by me, a psychology-trained emotional pattern coach with formal academic training in psychology and additional training in coaching, somatic approaches, and emotional regulation.

My work focuses on inner critic dynamics, self-trust erosion, and nervous-system-driven thinking patterns, especially in capable women who function well outwardly but carry constant inner pressure.
